| Cedar Falls, IA (SportsNetwork.com) - Seth Tuttle had 22 points and 10 rebounds as No. 23 Northern Iowa rolled to a 60-46 victory over Missouri State on Sunday. Deon Mitchell had 11 points and Marvin Singleton added 10 points and nine rebounds for the Panthers (16-2, 5-1 MVC), who have won their past five. Austin Ruder scored 13 points and Dorrian Williams added 11 points and five assists for the Bears (8-10, 2-4), who have lost their last four games. Northern Iowa never trailed in this game and held a 15-5 lead nine minutes in on a jumper from Tuttle. Missouri State followed with a brief run to get within seven after Williams hit a jumper with 4 1/2 minutes to play in the first half. Tuttle, though, countered with four straight buckets to stretch the Panthers lead back to 15, and the team eventually took a 32-20 lead into the locker room. The Bears were unable to cut into their deficit in the second half, as the closest they got was eight back after Ruder hit a pair of free throws 4 1/2 minutes in to make it a 37-29 game. Tuttle and Wyatt Lohaus followed with a pair of buckets, and Northern Iowas lead stayed in double-digits the rest of the way. Game Notes Northern Iowa hosts Indiana State on Wednesday ...
